Greatest BBQ Chicken in the Crocpot!
(Got this recipe from allrecipes.com)
INGREDIENTS:
4-6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 12 oz bottle of Barbeque Sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. italian dressing
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (as a substitute I use 2 tsp of sugar and 12-14 drops of tabasco)
In a bowl combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, italian dressing and worcestershire sauce. Stir well until combined. Place the chicken breasts in the crocpot and pour sauce over the chicken. Cook on high 3-4 hrs or low 6-8.
*I cooked mine for about 3 hrs., shredded (on a cooking board and then put the chicken back in) and then cooked for another 1/2 hr.
Serve with corn and rolls (pillsbury is the easiest and best am I right?)
